We came to Melbourne to attend a few functions over the weekend. We found the location allowed us to catch public transport to most of our functions. Although next to the railway line and on a busy road we heard no noise during the night. The room was clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated and the staff on check-in were very efficient and helpful. Overall it was very good value for money and I would highly recommend.

Excellent location, right near a train station and a short walk to many amazing shops and restaurants. The room was huge but had an incredibly squeaky floor... It was comical! The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay and so convenient as a location. It’s also great value when compared to other spots in SY. Yana is a great host and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay. I strongly recommend Toorak Manor.

What a great little hotel. The staff are amazing and there is a lovely charm about this place. I will come back again and again. I discovered it by chance and I am so thankful.

We enjoyed our stay. Great value for money, nice room with high ceilings, big window looking onto the garden. Efforts have been made to keep the original features of the mansion, with modern ensuite bathroom. Loved the big comfy bed and friendly service, so close to Hawksburn station.

Disappointed that different customers are treated so differently. And Greetings from the heart, and also the deliberate way in which they trapped me in conversation.Nothing special, The room didn't get much sun, even though there weren't many guests staying there.　And Both the rooms and the hotel smelled of mold, especially the rooms were bad. Breakfast is on a par with backpackers, so you should try to eat elsewhere.

It's an old small hotel with free parking. Friendly staff. The railway didn't bother us at all. Don't buy breakfast - not worth it. Public transport nearby. Conveniently located.

We booked ourselves and our whole bridal party + family into Toorak Manor for our wedding weekend. It was an absolute dream. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, in an amazing location in Hawksburn near the station and lots of shops/cafes. The gardens are lovely and the hotel itself has so much character. This is a real hidden gem. Added bonus of free parking on-site. Thanks Mandy, we had a great stay and hope we can stay again.

This is an amazing place to stay. The room was comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good ( cost $10.) but well worth it as delicious and lots too choice from. Very relaxing space to sit, chat, and e joy.
